DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
All deliveries are sent via a tracked service. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email and will also be available on your order status page.
UK DELIVERY
Standard Delivery - FREE
Standard delivery is free on all orders to mainland UK.
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days and delivered within 1-4 working days via Royal Mail.
Royal Mail Policy:
It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipient is unable to sign for a delivery. If this is the case, you will receive a Royal Mail calling card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery. If your parcel is not collected or redelivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We currently do not offer international delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
RETURNS
UK Returns:
Silk & Sapphire hopes that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, if you wish to return any goods they must be returned within 14 days* of receiving the order for a refund or exchange. The returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks.
Please be sure to retain your receipt from the Post Office as this will act as proof of postage if the parcel is delayed or lost. We are not liable for any lost returns if a tracking number and proof of postage cannot be provided.

Return Shipping Options:

We can provide a return label (not free). £4 to £8 will be deducted from your refund if you use our label. If you are returning multiple parcels you will be charged per label used.

Return with your own courier – no deductions.

Or, return in-store free of charge after return approval.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return.

Exchange Details:

All exchanges must be approved before returning items.

Once approved, return via Post Office using a free returns label we provide.

One free exchange per customer (UK only). Additional exchanges: £6.00 per return label.

Exchanges are typically dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your return, but may vary during busy periods.

Allow up to 10 days from sending your return to receiving your new item.
