Delivery & Returns


Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

All deliveries are sent on a tracked service, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email and will be accessible on the order status page in your account.


Standard delivery is free on all orders to mainland UK.

Orders placed on a standard delivery service will be dispatched within 1-3 working days and then delivered within 1-4 working days. Orders will be sent with either DPD or Royal Mail.

DPD Policy:

On the day of your delivery, DPD will send a notification via text/email to confirm your 1 hour delivery time slot. There will need to be someone present at the address to sign for the parcel, if no-one will be available you will have various options on your DPD notification email such as rearranging your delivery or leaving in a safe place. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel and no information has been supplied to DPD, a calling card will be left with instructions on how to proceed. If you encounter any issues regarding your DPD delivery please contact our customer service team who will do their best to assist.

Royal Mail Policy:

It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipient is unable to sign for a delivery. If this is the case, you will receive a Royal Mail calling card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery. If your parcel is not collected or redelivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel, please contact our customer services team quoting your order number using the form at the bottom of this page or send us a message on Whatsapp +44 7849 462 345.


At this time, we are unable to offer international delivery options. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.


UK Returns

Silk & Sapphire hopes that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, if you wish to return any goods they must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund or exchange. The returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks.

Please ensure that your original invoice or completed returns form are included in the parcel with your item(s). Please note, if your invoice or completed returns form are not included in your parcel, this could result in a delay to your exchange/refund.

Please be sure to retain your receipt from the Post Office as this will act as proof of postage if the parcel is delayed or lost. We are not liable for any lost returns if a tracking number and proof of postage cannot be provided.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note this is not a free returns label, you will not incur a fee at the Post Office, however, if you use the label we will deduct £4.00 from your refund total.

If you have placed a large order you may receive multiple black postal bags to return any unwanted items. If you are returning multiple parcels you will be charged per label used. Large orders can be returned in the larger original box, however, some Post Offices may not accept this.

Any returns can also be returned with a courier of your choice to the below address. If you choose to use your own postage no deduction will be taken from your refund.

Alternatively, you can return the item to our store free of charge once your return is accepted.

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you require a refund, please allow up to 5 working days from us receiving the goods for your refund to be processed and for a confirmation email to be sent, and a further 5-10 days for the funds to reach your account.


To initiate an exchange, please contact us through WhatsApp +44 7849 462 345. Quote your order number, specify the item you wish to exchange, the reason for the exchange, and your desired replacement. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the items you have requested are out of stock, our team will contact you to offer alternative options.

Exchange Approval:

All exchanges must be accepted by our team before proceeding.

Returning Items:

If your exchange is approved, you can return the item via your local Post Office. We will provide a free return label for you.

We offer one free exchange for every customer (UK customers only). If you require a second exchange on your order you will be liable for the return fee.

Please allow up to 10 days from the date of returning your item to receive your exchange. We aim to dispatch exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your return. Please note, however, that this timeframe is subject to change during busy periods.

Urgent Exchanges:

For exchanges needed within the next 48 hours of receiving your order, please first confirm your exchange approval via WhatsApp. Once accepted, you may come to our store to pick up your new item while returning the original. We prioritize in-store exchanges to ensure you receive your replacement promptly. Additionally, we can perform alterations on-site to ensure your new item fits perfectly.
