Refund policy
Silk & Sapphire hopes that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, if you wish to return any goods they must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund or exchange.
The returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached and in their original packaging. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks. Please ensure that your original invoice and completed returns form are included in the parcel with your item. Please note, if your invoice and returns form are not included in your parcel this could result in a severe delay to your exchange/refund.
Please allow up to 5 working days for damaged goods as they will need to be inspected by our QC department. If you require a refund please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to reach your account. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note this is not a free returns label, you will not incur a fee at the Post Office, however, if you use the label we will deduct £4 - £10.00 from your refund total depending on package size. If you are returning multiple parcels separately, you will be charged per label e.g. if you return 3 parcels using 3 labels (one on each), you will incur a return fee of £12 - £30 depending on parcel size and weight.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale item
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in-stores and pick up the new item, once the exchange is accepted.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us through WhatsApp +44 7849 462 345. Quote your order number, specify the item you wish to exchange, the reason for the exchange, and your desired replacement. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the items you have requested are out of stock, our team will contact you to offer alternative options.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
